Catering and canteen services
The company supplies foodstuffs and manages all big events organized such as conferences, workshops and seminars. Furthermore, the company manages canteens equipped with basic equipment such as refrigerators, chairs, cooking stoves, tables, microwaves, plates, cups and flat screens for entertainment purposes. The catering and canteen services offered vary depending on menu options and prices. It is important to note that company exhibits high level of hygiene and quality menu across the two service units. Moreover, management intends to strategically position canteen services to an upgraded level in terms of quality of the menu and pricing options coupled with efficient and effective service delivery that will attract more customers, which will ultimately lead to increased sales and revenues.
General supplies and construction works
FFS Ltd is authorized to offer general supply services and merchandise to public institutions and private sector institutions as well as Civil Society Organizations. The services offered here include supply of office materials and stationery, office equipment and furniture, and other assorted materials including non-food items. For the past three years, the main client has been RNP but management intends to extend such services to other government institutions in the near future.
Clearing and transportation services
FFS offers a range of services including clearing and forwarding, imports/exports commodities, transportation services of imported goods from Der-es-salam and/or Mombasa to Kigali. It involves sourcing for best deals, shipping, clearing at the port, payment of port charges and import duty, car registration and transportation of goods to final destination. This implies that Clients can pay directly for their goods and then contact FFS Ltd for shipment to Rwanda.
